1. General provisions
The current and valid version of the Regulations can always be found on our website at http://www.tabliceled.sklep.pl/regulamin-pm-5.html
The Regulations enter into force on April 20, 2013 and constitute a document specifying the rules of sale in the online store at www.tabliceled.sklep.pl
By placing an order in our online store at tabliceled.sklep.pl, the Buyer declares that he has read these Regulations and accepts its provisions, and agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of shipping the goods and issuing the relevant proof of purchase.
2. Owner of the online store
The All4media online store operating at www.tabliceled.sklep.pl is run by Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowe "PLUS", with its registered office at ul. Konwaliowa 3 78-100 Zieleniewo, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under the NIP number 671-100-74-71, REGON 003802728.
3. Prices included in the store
All prices on the All4media website are given in Polish zlotys and include 23% VAT.
The price given for each available product is binding at the time of placing the order.
The prices of goods listed on the All4media website do not include shipping costs.
4. Orders and delivery
Orders are accepted via the order form on the All4media website, by phone and via e-mail.
The order is accepted for execution when the Buyer receives an e-mail confirming the order. Thus, a purchase and sale agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller - the All4media store.
We issue a VAT invoice for each order.
The All4media store has the right to withdraw from the order if the data provided by the Buyer is incomplete or incorrect.
The following payment methods are possible:
- Cash on delivery - payment upon receipt of goods in cash to the courier or at the post office.
- Using the online payment system (in a secure SSL connection). Settlements of transactions by credit card and e-transfer are carried out via Dotpay.pl. Until the payment is credited, we reserve the goods in our warehouse. After receiving the payment, the goods are packed and shipped.
- Transfer to a bank account - if you want to pay by bank transfer (outside the Dotpay.pl system). Until the payment is credited, we reserve the goods in our warehouse. After receiving the payment, the goods are packed and shipped.
Additional costs related to individual payment methods are specified in the transport price list.
For each product, its availability is given, which determines the final time of order fulfillment (the time we need to complete the ordered goods and carry out the shipment):
- We currently have an “available” product in stock and a standard order fulfillment time.
- "Availability - 3 days" means a product for which the order fulfillment time is 3 days longer than the standard one
- "On request" means a product for which the order fulfillment time is agreed individually with the customer. In the case of ordering goods "on order", the store will contact the customer to inform about the expected time of order fulfillment. Usually 2 to 60 days.
Standard order fulfillment time is 1-5 business days.
In the event that the expected order fulfillment time is longer than that specified on our website, the Store will contact the Buyer to confirm the order completion and agree on a proposed date.
Orders are delivered by a courier company or by Poczta Polska, depending on the choice made by the buyer.
The cost of delivering the goods order is given at the time of ordering on the product card because it depends on the type of shipment and the quantity of ordered goods.
When collecting an order from the store, check the condition of the package in the presence of the deliverer. In the event of any damage, an appropriate complaint protocol should be prepared with the deliverer.
Tabliceled.sklep.pl reserves the right to claim reimbursement of shipping costs incurred in connection with the transport of the ordered goods if the Ordering Party fails to collect it without giving any reason.
5. Returns of goods
Pursuant to the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), Art 27, the buyer has the right to resign from a purchase made in the correct-regulamins.pl store without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
To meet this deadline, it is enough to send a written statement before its expiry in writing or via e-mail .
All4media undertakes to refund the costs within 14 working days from the date of receiving the return shipment.
The refund is made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Buyer.
The costs of delivery to the customer and the cost of the ordered product are reimbursed. The cost of returning the product to the store is covered by the Buyer.
6. Complaints
All products offered by All4media are brand new and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty or the seller's warranty.
All4media undertakes to accept the warranty if a given product had a technical defect, and in the event of a defect resulting from delivery.
The advertised product should be sent to the address of the All4media store
The complaint is considered within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel by All4media
All4media reserves the right not to accept parcels sent COD or at the expense of the store.
7. Personal data protection
Personal data provided to us by customers of the All4media store are processed by Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowe "PLUS", based at ul. Konwaliowa 3 78-100 Zieleniewo, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under the NIP number 671-100-74-71, REGON 003802728.
The personal data entrusted to us are used only for the purpose of:
- performance of the contract
- if the customer agrees, to inform about new products, services and promotions offered by the All4media store
Personal data is not shared with other entities for marketing purposes.
Each customer has the right to access their data and correct them - after registering, each customer has access to their data and can change them. The personal data entrusted to us is stored and secured in accordance with the principles set out in applicable law.
8. Others
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
